For a global corporate client, we produced a single virtual meeting between two groups of marketing executives in the UK and USA – the meeting was interactive with a lot of spontaneous debate between the two groups.  The technology used was a high speed videoconference link, with two small TV cameras at each location, radio mics and PPT graphics cut into the live pictures.

For a large multinational client, we shot and edited a set of programs featuring the rollout of a new global manufacturing methodology – the material was shot on XDCAM and edited on Final Cut Pro. Rushes and first cut edits were emailed to the customer and viewed remotely as WMV files. The completed programs were delivered as WMV files and on DVDs.

We produced the Royal Dutch Shell two centre AGM, linking Den Hague and London. Shareholders were situated at the two venues which were linked by two way satellite.  The shareholders at each venue were able to receive close up video of the presenters and audience wide video simultaneously. The key pad real-time voting systems in both venues were also linked and the results shown simultaneously in both venues.

Working with partner company Goose Communications we provided two way satellite, videoconference and audio links between London and Johannesburg for the Mondi Group AGM.

April 2009

We provided crew and facilities for a series of training road-shows in the UK for a large corporate client. One of the road-shows reached two sites simultaneously using videoconference to link an audience in the south west with another in the midlands.
